Returns
For the safety of our customers, all supplement sales are final. Because this is an ingestible product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item and its packaging. We will gladly provide a refund or replacement for qualifying claims.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us at purchase@menon.us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless:
