Refund policy

As an ingestible dietary supplement, Halomere products are non-returnable once shipped.

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at (858) 675-9990 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm PT) or through our contact form at halomere.com/pages/contact, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

 

Refunds, when issued, are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
