Case Study
A client conducted a self-directed study to evaluate the effects of Halomere over a 30-day period. Lipid panels were obtained both before starting Halomere and at the end of the 30 days. During this time, the client made no dietary changes, maintained a typical eating pattern, and consumed fast food and bacon without restriction.
Parameter | Healthy Range | Starting Value | After 30 Days | % Change |
Total Cholesterol | < 200 mg/dL | 159.7 mg/dL | 143 mg/dL | Decreased by 10% |
HDL "good" | > 60 mg/dL | 54.4 mg/dL | 57 mg/dL | Increased by 5% |
LDL "bad" | < 100 mg/dL | 93.4 mg/dL | 68.4 mg/dL | Decreased by 27% |
Total cholesterol is well within the healthy range and has shown a notable decrease of 10%. This suggests an overall improvement in cholesterol profile as a result of taking Halomere. A reduction of this magnitude in a little over a month is generally considered a positive response, especially when starting from an already healthy baseline.
HDL cholesterol, often considered protective against heart disease, increased slightly from 54.4 to 57 mg/dL. While still below the optimal threshold of 60 mg/dL, the increase is in the right direction.
LDL cholesterol, which contributes to plaque buildup in arteries, showed a significant decrease from 93.4 to 68.4 mg/dL. This ~27% reduction is a strong improvement, bringing LDL further below the 100 mg/dL threshold and indicating a reduced risk of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular events.
